The Center for Intercultural Studies ILWEN is an educational institution geared towards fostering communication and understanding between different cultures and peoples.
For over a decade the Center has worked with prestigious Chilean and Bolivian universities as well as with Mapuche and Aymara organizations with the aim of structuring challenging Study Abroad academic programs.
The programs have been designed by a team of university experts with ample experience in the field of intercultural education and Study Abroad programs.
The vast majority of our lecturers have postgraduate degrees, many of them from European universities with academia interests ranging from Human Rights, Historical Memory, Social Movements, Indigenous Studies, Democracy and Gender Issues to Latinamerican Studies.
